Authorized Service Stations are regularly subjected to inspection visits to ensure full compliance with AHSI operating standards. All the Service Station operating on refrigeration systems are also registered in the F-GAS National Telematic Register as required by Presidential Decree 146/2018.
The presence of a well-stocked central warehouse for spare parts and the location of the most used spare parts at each authorized Service Station guarantees a very rapid intervention time. The use of original spare parts and the continuous training of technical staff allow us to guarantee the restoration of the functionality of the equipment for a long period, minimizing downtime.

Maintenance contracts
AHSI Technical Support offers various formulas of maintenance contracts on directly distributed products and, thanks also to the 25 years of experience acquired in the field, it is able to manage multi-brand contracts with various types of equipment.
Each equipment included in the maintenance contract is periodically checked following specific documented procedures in order to minimize the risk of unexpected failures and consequently extend their operating life.
In addition to preventive and corrective maintenance, AHSI is also able to perform the following periodic activities:
Calibration and validation service
AHSI Technical Support is able to perform calibration and functional verification of laboratory equipment according to ISO 9001 standards by applying the original procedures provided by the various manufacturers that AHSI distributes throughout Italy.
AHSI Technical Support is also able to support GLP / GMP validations for laboratory equipment with specific IQ-OQ-PQ procedures that are drawn up and agreed from time to time with the various customers in order to guarantee the best solution for the different application needs.
All the measurements of the functional parameters are carried out using suitable instruments which are periodically calibrated at LAT or equivalent centers.
For each individual equipment subjected to preventive maintenance, functional verification and IQ-OQ-PQ validation, appropriate documentation is released to confirm the activities carried out. An identification label is also applied to each equipment to facilitate the traceability of the checks performed.
A copy of the documentation released is kept by AHSI S.p.A. for a period of ten years so as to ensure its recovery in case of need.
